Right to withdraw from PSHE / RSE

A parent or carer does have the right to withdraw their child from sex education apart from what is being taught is part of the science national curriculum.

 

The following content is deemed to be sex education, if you would like to discuss removing your child from these lessons please discuss with your childs class teacher or contact the office. Sex education is taught in the summer term and you will receive a letter detailing the contents and sharing the resources before it is taught.
