Headteacher's Welcome

A Very Warm Welcome to Hardwick Primary School

I am exceptionally proud to serve as the Headteacher at Hardwick Primary School, a school where our hardworking and dedicated team of staff are commited to providing opportunties for children to thrive both academically and personally in our safe and nurturing environment. Hardwick's unwavering commitment to excellence ensures that our children receive the highest quality education, tailored to meet their individual needs and aspirations.

Our thoughtfuly planned curriculum aims to offer an inspiring and well-rounded education for every child, fostering the development of confident, reflective, and highly motivated young individuals. Much of our curriculum was developed considering our locality in Oxfordshire and that we are situated within a national area for STEM subjects. Our curriculum reflects this and aims to create awareness of these local opportunities for our children. Above all, our goal is to ignite curiosity in each child and enable them to pursue their chosen careers in the future, equipped with the skills necessary to achieve their aspirations. We feel fortunate to also have expansive grounds that offer diverse indoor and outdoor learning spaces, enhancing the implementation of our curriculum.

We are at the centre of an incredible community at Hardwick Primary School and we are committed to collaborating with families and the local community to create an environment 'where children grow, learn, and flourish together.' We welcome partnerships with parents and families and hold many events throughout the year which showcase your children's learning and bring together our community. We are proud of our 'childhood charter', a promise to support your children's growth outside of the National Curriculum and provide lasting memories to draw upon for a lifetime.

We look forward to welcoming you to our school, if you would like to arrange a tour and find out more about our thriving community, we would be delighted to meet you.
