Adventures to Remember and Big Hearts (Community Projects)

At Hardwick, we are proud to offer opportunities to both grow and give back, outside of the traditional curriculum offer. We do this through our two programmes: Adventures to Remember and Big Hearts.

Adventures to Remember
‘Building Childhood Memories That Last a Lifetime’
At Hardwick, we believe that the time children spend with us throughout their Primary Education is precious. Whilst achieving their very best academic outcomes, we also want children to build lifelong memories, lasting friendships and engage in a rich set of experiences from which they can draw upon throughout their lives.
In response to this, we are launching our ‘Adventures to Remember - Building Childhood Memories That Last a Lifetime’ trips and visits creating special childhood memories that go beyond the curriculum - experiences that shape a child’s sense of wonder, adventure, and joy. This is one trip or visit each year (within a budget of £20) that builds childhood memories and experiences for example: taking a train journey to Oxford to visit a museum, visiting the theatre, a walk in the woods and a forest school session.
