Hardwick Primary School admission arrangements for Reception intake 2025-2026
Parents of infant school children born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 need to apply for an infant or primary school place for September 2025.
Applications for a place at the school are managed by Oxfordshire Local Authority through their coordinated admissions process online.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 15 January 2024 and you will be able to apply from 4th November 2024 until 15th January 2025, you are able to apply online for a Reception place. You can do that by visiting the link below:

Transition into Hardwick Primary School
- Welcome meeting to share school values and routines.
- The home visits is an informal opportunity to see your child in their familiar setting, home. Meet staff again and a chance to discuss any concerns.
- Pre-school visits to ensure a smooth hand over of any information between early years professionals
- Taster session (stay and play) at school to explore the classroom, meet teachers, support staff and new friends
